Saga is the perfect place to enjoy your seaside break. A stone's throw from the village green, the house's central location means all Winterton's attractions and amenities are easily accessible: the shops, pub etc are just a step away, and a trip to the beach is only a 5-minute walk.

The house itself is furnished to a high standard, with fully equipped kitchen, including microwave, hob, eye-level oven and automatic washing machine (the tumble dryer is in the garage). There is a large, comfortable sitting/dining room with TV/DVD/video and a selection of games and toys.

Sliding doors lead to the rear garden, a real sun-trap; a shed at the end of the garden contains a patio table and chairs, a barbecue and some lawn games.

Upstairs comprises a wc/bathroom with shower (there is also a downstairs wc/cloakroom) and sleeping accommodation for five people (one double, one twin, one single bedroom).

There is a garage and off-road parking to the rear of the property.

Dogs are welcome - but please clean up after them.
